Scope, delivery & revisions

Each project’s scope, deliverables, delivery method and timing, included revisions, and fees are agreed in writing before work begins.

Cancellations & refunds

If a project is canceled, charges reflect the work already completed and any previously agreed nonrecoverable costs. Any remaining prepaid balance is refunded.

How to request a cancellation
